The school is run by a company: Morogoro International School Ltd. Those eligible to be company members are parents of children attending the school. The members elect fellow members to a Board of Directors at an AGM. The Board of Directors meet monthly, monitor the school finances, and approve decisions concerning the overall running of the school. The school is non-profit making, and all fees are put towards the running of the school and to maintaining and increasing the school’s resources.
Morogoro International School is a member of AISA (The Association of International Schools in Africa), is affiliated to the COIS (The European Council of International Schools) and is a registered Cambridge International Examinations Centre.
